GMP, ISO, HACCP
Our Croatian production facility is certified to GMP Codex Alimentarius, ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP as well as ISO 22716-2007 cosmetics. Our production facilities are located in the Netherlands and Croatia. Our head office is in the Netherlands.
Lab testing
In House & Third Party Lab Testing
We have our own in house testing laboratory that uses state of the art HPLC equipment. We test at every stage of production.
For third party lab testing our main supplier is Eurofins. They are EN ISO/IEC 17025 compliant. This is the main ISO standard used internationally by testing and calibration laboratories.
We test our raw materials for:

- Pesticides
- Micotoxins
- Microbial Contamination

Quality Documentation
All our products are covered by our extensive quality documentation to ensure legal compliance. As standard we have:

- Declaration of Conformity – EU Regulation 1223/2009 compliance certificate. Including: Allergens, Genetic Modification, Nanomaterial, Radioactivity and Ionization

Cosmetics dossier
CPNP & CPSR Cosmetics
Our cosmetic program offers a full cosmetics dossier so you can register your products within the CPNP and sell legally throughout the EU.
CPNP Registration
If you are intending to register the products under CPNP you have the option of doing this yourself and registering your products under our products, or if you want the documents in your own company name we can extrapolate the dossier for you.
Cosmetic Product Safety Report CPSR
Our cosmetics dossiers contain proprietary information and exact ingredient lists that we do not share. We are happy to share most documents for local regulatory compliance. If you need access to the Cosmetic Product Safety Report we will ask you to sign and NDA.
Organic Certified Products
Organic Certification
Organic Certified Hemp
We have close relationships with organic hemp growers in Croatia where our main production is based. Our European hemp used for CBD production is grown under organic certification.
Organic Certified CBD Products
We have previously been certified by SKAL bio inspection, the Dutch governing agency of ‘certified organic’ logo. Recently this certification was withdrawn due to their changing position with regards to CBD.
