Making a CBD drink requires water soluble CBD ingredients. As CBD doesn’t mix with water, clumps of molecules must be enveloped in a matrix that suspends the CBD throughout water. There are several ways to achieve a successful CBD emulsion.
Water Soluble CBD Liquid
We offer water soluble isolate liquid and water soluble distillate liquid. CBD isolate contains only CBD, and has a more neutral taste. Water soluble distillate liquid is made using broad spectrum distillate, and micro-encapsulating it.
This water soluble CBD liquid can be mixed with water, and will stay suspended throughout the liquid. It doesn’t clump together, float or sink, making this an excellent ingredient for CBD drink production.
Water Soluble CBD Powder
Our water soluble CBD powder mixes into hot and cold liquids, or can be easily combined with other powdered formulations to create a dry blend.
With no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, this powder can be used in a variety of applications, including ready to-drink beverages and powdered mixes. Its versatility and all-natural ingredients make it the right choice for any liquid product that requires water-soluble CBD.
Bioavailability
CBD has a low bioavailability when consumed orally. Water soluble CBD passes through the stomach much quicker, preventing acid breakdown and liver metabolization. This results in significantly increased bio-availability of the CBD itself.
Faster effect
Because water based products pass through the stomach faster, the effects of the CBD will be noticeable significantly faster as well. Oils have to be broken down and metabolized first, and this does not happen to water based products. Water soluble CBD is the fastest acting method of orally consuming CBD.
