Cannabis is illegaal in Hongarije. In de Hongaarse wet wordt geen onderscheid gemaakt tussen illegale drugs naar gevaar. Hero\u00efnegebruik heeft dezelfde juridische gevolgen als cannabisgebruik. De Hongaarse wet verbiedt de distributie en elk gebruik (inclusief medisch gebruik).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Medicinale cannabis in Hongarije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De Hongaarse wet voorziet niet in medicinale cannabis en er zijn weinig tekenen dat dit in de nabije toekomst zal veranderen. Het lijkt er echter op dat Sativex van GW Pharmaceuticals mogelijk wordt goedgekeurd voor gebruik bij pijn gerelateerd aan multiple sclerose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De medische commissie van het Hongaarse Nationale Instituut voor Farmacie en Voeding (OGY\u00c9I) staat het gebruik alleen toe tegen de sclerose multiplex ziekten die het centrale zenuwstelsel aantasten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Industri\u00eble hennep in Hongarije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hennep is al heel lang een fundamenteel onderdeel van de geschiedenis van Hongarije en ondanks ernstige tegenslagen in de 20e eeuw is de industrie nooit helemaal verdwenen. In de jaren 1960 maakten de collectivisatieprogramma's van de Sovjet-Unie een einde aan de traditionele hennepteelt door boeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hongarije heeft een groot aantal hoogwaardige vezelrassen toegevoegd aan de lijst van commercieel verkrijgbare hennepcultivars, waarvan er veel zijn ontwikkeld door Dr. Ivan B\u00fbcsa, een gerenommeerde hennepkweker aan het GATE Agricultural Research Institute Kompolt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hongarije exporteert nu gezonde hennepproducten, waaronder papier, textiel, olie en plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is CBD legaal in Hongarije?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cannabidiol olaj jogszer\u0171 Magyarorsz\u00e1gon?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hongaars recht<\/span><\/a> rapporten wordt cannabis met minder dan 0,2% THC beschouwd als hennep met een laag THC-gehalte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

162\/2003. (X. 16.) Regeringsbesluit: De orde van de teelt, de distributie en het gebruik van planten die geschikt zijn voor de productie van verdovende middelen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hennep: alle planten van het geslacht Cannabis;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) \"met een laag THC-gehalte\": een vezel- en zaadras van de soort Cannabis sativa L. waarvan het gehalte aan tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in droge toestand, beworteld en vrij van stengels, daadwerkelijk lager is dan 0,2% gehomogeniseerd, hetzij op basis van de resultaten van de tests die zijn uitgevoerd in het kader van de procedure voor de erkenning van het hennepras door de staat, hetzij in het kader van de procedure voor de opneming van het ras in de communautaire lijst;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(j) * hennep met een hoog THC-gehalte: een hennepsoort die niet is ingedeeld als hennep met een laag THC-gehalte;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens verschillende Hongaarse websites is CBD niet toegestaan door de Hongaarse autoriteiten, ook al wordt het niet als drug beschouwd. Het feit dat het wat THC bevat, betekent dat het in de categorie marihuana valt. We vermoeden dat CBD in een grijze zone zit in Hongarije. Uit ons onderzoek blijkt dat sommige sites het verkopen en beweren dat het legaal is en dat andere EU-sites beweren dat CBD legaal is in Hongarije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Hongaarse autoriteiten staan de producten van de Hongaarse ondernemers die CBD-olie produceren en distribueren niet toe. Het mag dan legaal zijn om hennep te kweken in Hongarije, het is misschien niet legaal om het te verwerken en te verkopen als CBD olie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We raden je altijd aan om voor het importeren contact op te nemen met een plaatselijke advocaat of douanebeambte en met het Hongaarse \u00c9TI (Nationaal Instituut voor Voedselveiligheid en Voeding): Magyar \u00c9TI (Orsz\u00e1gos \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi \u00e9s T\u00e1pl\u00e1lkoz\u00e1studom\u00e1nyi Int\u00e9zet) en Hongaars Nationaal Instituut voor Farmacie en Voeding (OGY\u00c9I).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
