De Griekse regering keurde een ministerieel besluit goed dat de invoer en handel van farmaceutische producten op basis van cannabis legaliseert op advies van het Griekse ministerie van Volksgezondheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cannabis zou worden gedegradeerd van een tabel A- naar een tabel B-substantie (het equivalent van een overgang van klasse A naar klasse B in het Verenigd Koninkrijk) onder de Griekse regelgevingsstructuur. In feite betekent dit dat cannabis wordt erkend als een drug met een geaccepteerd medisch gebruik voor de behandeling van bepaalde aandoeningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In maart 2018 keurde het Griekse parlement een wet goed die de teelt en productie van medicinale cannabis in Griekenland toestaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hennepvoorschriften in Griekenland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Industri\u00eble hennep was in 1957 verboden in Griekenland. 60 jaar later, na de beleidswijzigingen met betrekking tot medicinale cannabis, mogen Griekse producenten nu cannabisvari\u00ebteiten planten die op een door de Europese Unie legaal geachte lijst staan en een THC-gehalte hebben van minder dan 0,2 procent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is CBD-olie legaal in Griekenland?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CBD-olie is legaal in Griekenland als het minder dan 0,2% THC bevat. Sinds de veranderingen in de regelgeving is het volledig legaal om industri\u00eble hennep (Cannabis Sativa L of hennep) en zijn bijproducten te kweken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens de drugswet en de narcoticawet is hennep uitgesloten van de lijst van gecontroleerde drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.opengov.gr\/ministryofjustice\/?p=1332\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">http:\/\/www.opengov.gr\/ministryofjustice\/?p=1332<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alleen de volgende personen kunnen worden vrijgesteld van de bepalingen van deze wet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) de vari\u00ebteiten van industri\u00eble cannabis die zijn opgenomen in bijlage II bij Verordening (EU) nr. 796\/2004 en de op dat moment geldende EU-verordening, alsmede de vari\u00ebteiten van industri\u00eble cannabis die voldoen aan de criteria van artikel 39 van Verordening (EG) nr. 73\/2009 en de op dat moment geldende EU-verordening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voorwaarden voor het telen, oogsten, verwerken en verwijderen van legale industri\u00eble hennepvari\u00ebteiten die onderworpen zijn aan het regelgevende beheerorgaan As control en ministeries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) producten van cannabisvari\u00ebteiten met een laag gehalte aan tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). In het bijzonder voor voedsel en drank is, naast wettelijke licenties en certificaten (waar vereist), een testrapport vereist om het gehalte aan tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in het product te kwantificeren.
