In plaats daarvan wordt de cannabino\u00efde voortaan beschouwd als een voedingssupplement. Dankzij deze classificatie kan CBD-olie legaal worden gekocht. Dit geldt ook voor CBD dat als cosmetica wordt verkocht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze classificaties moeten in acht worden genomen bij de aankoop van CBD. Als het product wordt verkocht als geneesmiddel of geneesmiddel met een indicatie van specifieke effecten, moet dit als illegaal worden beschouwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Duitsland mag een CBD-product niet meer dan 0,2% THC bevatten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannabiswetten in Duitsland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recreatief gebruik is momenteel illegaal in Duitsland, hoewel de straffen de laatste jaren steeds lichter zijn geworden. Dit geldt vooral voor de grotere steden zoals Berlijn, waar het bezit van maximaal 15 gram cannabis meestal wordt geaccepteerd zonder vervolging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medicinale cannabis in Duitsland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op 19 januari 2017 stemde het Duitse parlement unaniem om het voor artsen legaal te maken om behandelingen op basis van cannabis voor te schrijven aan 'ernstig zieke' pati\u00ebnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legale cannabis in Duitsland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In totaal liggen er slechts 10 licenties voor het grijpen - elk met de taak om minimaal 200 kg product per jaar te produceren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elk perspectiefbedrijf moet kunnen bewijzen dat het tot zo'n cijfer in staat is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De bedrijven moeten ook aantonen dat ze de afgelopen 3 jaar op legale wijze minstens 50 kg product per jaar hebben geproduceerd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot de recente beslissing om medicinale cannabis te legaliseren was het illegaal om cannabis te kweken - daarom zouden binnenlandse kwekers met de nodige ervaring al in overtreding zijn met de legaliteitsclausule. Bedrijven die begonnen zijn met het kweken van cannabis nadat de wet was aangenomen, hebben daarentegen niet het bewijs van productiviteit dat de aanbesteding vereist.
