Welke producten precies onder de regelgeving voor \"cosmetica\" vallen, verschilt van land tot land. De voorschriften in de EU met betrekking tot cosmetica zijn de volgende <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/EC_Regulation_1223\/2009_on_cosmetics\" de database te doorzoeken kun je de veelgebruikte ingredi\u00ebnten vinden die zijn afgeleid van industri\u00eble hennep (Cannabis Sativa L.) en de erkende functies vanuit cosmetisch oogpunt en de wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meldingsportaal voor cosmetische producten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je CBD verkoopt als een cosmetisch middel voor alleen uitwendig gebruik, moet het product worden geregistreerd bij de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/consumer_safety\/opinions_en\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/scientific_committees\/consumer_safety\/opinions_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">portaal voor kennisgeving van cosmetische producten<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alvorens het cosmetische product op de markt te brengen, dient de verantwoordelijke persoon de volgende informatie langs elektronische weg bij de Commissie in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(a) de categorie van het cosmetische product en de benaming of benamingen ervan, aan de hand waarvan het product specifiek kan worden ge\u00efdentificeerd;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(b) de naam en het adres van de verantwoordelijke persoon waar het productinformatiedossier ter gerede beschikking wordt gesteld; c) het land van oorsprong in geval van invoer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(d) de lidstaat waar het cosmetische product op de markt wordt ge\u00efntroduceerd;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(e) de contactgegevens van een fysiek persoon waarmee contact kan worden opgenomen in geval van nood;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(f) de aanwezigheid van stoffen in de vorm van nanomaterialen en: (i) de identificatie ervan, met inbegrip van de chemische naam (IUPAC) en andere descriptoren zoals gespecificeerd in punt 2 van de preambule van de bijlagen II tot en met VI bij deze verordening; ii) de redelijkerwijs te verwachten blootstellingsomstandigheden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(g) de naam en het CAS-nummer (Chemicals Abstracts Service) of EG-nummer van stoffen die als kankerverwekkend, mutageen of giftig voor de voortplanting (CMR), van categorie 1A of 1B zijn ingedeeld in deel 3 van bijlage VI bij Verordening (EG) nr. 1272\/2008;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(h) de kaderformulering die in geval van moeilijkheden een snelle en passende medische behandeling mogelijk maakt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De eerste alinea is ook van toepassing op cosmetische producten die overeenkomstig Richtlijn 76\/768\/EEG zijn aangemeld. 2.
