{"id":15398,"date":"2021-11-02T11:27:12","date_gmt":"2021-11-02T11:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cbdoileurope.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=15398"},"modified":"2023-10-25T10:22:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T10:22:05","password":"","slug":"which-cpnp-user-profile-shall-i-choose-in-order-to-notify-cosmetic-products-2","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/cbdoileurope.com\/nl\/docs\/welk-cpnp-gebruikersprofiel-moet-ik-kiezen-om-cosmetische-producten-2-aan-te-melden\/","title":{"rendered":"Welk CPNP-gebruikersprofiel moet ik kiezen om cosmetische producten aan te melden?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Profiel verantwoordelijke:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U moet een Verantwoordelijk Persoon-profiel selecteren om cosmetische producten aan te melden bij CPNP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij het aanmaken van een organisatie met een Verantwoordelijk Persoon-profiel in SAAS, moet de naam van de organisatie overeenkomen met de gegevens van de Verantwoordelijke Persoon op het etiket van cosmetische producten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie is de verantwoordelijke persoon?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als een product in de EU wordt gefabriceerd (en vervolgens niet wordt ge\u00ebxporteerd en weer in de EU wordt ingevoerd) en in de EU op de markt wordt gebracht, wordt de EU-fabrikant als verantwoordelijke persoon aangemerkt (tenzij een andere in de EU gevestigde persoon een mandaat heeft gekregen).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als een product in de EU wordt gefabriceerd (en vervolgens niet wordt ge\u00ebxporteerd en weer in de EU wordt ingevoerd) en in de EU op de markt wordt gebracht, maar de fabrikant buiten de EU is gevestigd, moet een in de EU gevestigde verantwoordelijke persoon worden aangewezen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De distributeur is de verantwoordelijke persoon wanneer hij een cosmetisch product onder zijn naam of handelsmerk op de markt brengt of een reeds op de markt gebracht product zodanig wijzigt dat de overeenstemming met de toepasselijke eisen in het gedrang kan komen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor ge\u00efmporteerde cosmetische producten die in een niet-EU-land zijn geproduceerd, is elke importeur de verantwoordelijke persoon voor de specifieke cosmetische producten die hij in de handel brengt en moet hij een profiel van verantwoordelijke persoon aanvragen (tenzij een andere in de EU gevestigde persoon een mandaat heeft gekregen).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profiel van de distributeur:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U moet alleen een distributeursprofiel selecteren als u een product wilt distribueren in een EU-lidstaat en u op eigen initiatief een element van de etikettering van dat product vertaalt om te voldoen aan de nationale wetgeving. Vervolgens moet u via CPNP bepaalde informatie indienen met betrekking tot de producten die u distribueert. Een distributeur kan geen producten aanmelden bij het CPNP, maar alleen zijn\/haar aanmelding koppelen aan bestaande producten; de producten in kwestie moeten van tevoren door de verantwoordelijke persoon worden geregistreerd in het CPNP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afgevaardigde voor nanomaterialenprofiel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De gedelegeerde voor nanomaterialen is een specifiek profiel dat uitsluitend verwijst naar kennisgevingen op grond van artikel 16. De rol van de gedelegeerde voor nanomaterialen is om op verzoek van een verantwoordelijke persoon bepaalde gegevens in te voeren voor de kennisgeving van producten die niet-gereguleerde nanomaterialen bevatten.
