Na de <\/span>Arrest van het Europees Hof van Justitie in de zaak Kanavape<\/span><\/a> in november 2020, waarin werd vastgesteld dat CBD, gewonnen uit de hele hennepplant (inclusief bladeren en bloemen), niet als geneesmiddel mag worden geclassificeerd, heeft de European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) DG Grow vriendelijk verzocht om de Cosmetic ingredient database (CosIng) dienovereenkomstig aan te passen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meer in het bijzonder vroeg EIHA om alle verboden op Cannabis Sativa L. (beperkt onder ref. II\/306: verdovend) op te heffen en nieuwe INCI-vermeldingen op te nemen. Ze zijn verheugd u te kunnen meedelen dat dit verzoek is ingewilligd door een gloednieuwe <\/span>ingang<\/span><\/a> gewijd aan Cannabidiol (CBD) (CANNABIDIOL - afgeleid van extract of tinctuur of hars van cannabis).<\/span><\/p>\n
