Conseils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur les CBD Janvier 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 l'int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les produits de consommation d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du cannabis et de ses composants, dont le cannabidiol (CBD), la FDA (Food and Drug Administration, \u00c9tats-Unis) et la FSA (The Food Standards Agency, Royaume-Uni) ont toutes deux publi\u00e9, au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2020, des conseils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des avertissements concernant la consommation et la vente de produits \u00e0 base de CBD.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ROYAUME-UNI - FSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La FSA a publi\u00e9 ses premiers conseils sur la fi\u00e8vre du CBD et a \u00e9galement envoy\u00e9 un avertissement aux producteurs de l'industrie, les exhortant \u00e0 soumettre des autorisations de nouveaux aliments valides avant le 31 mars. Si les producteurs ne fournissent pas les informations demand\u00e9es, leurs produits seront retir\u00e9s des rayons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les conseils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la FSA indiquent que le CBD pourrait \u00eatre dangereux pour les groupes vuln\u00e9rables, notamment les femmes enceintes, les m\u00e8res allaitantes et les personnes qui prennent des m\u00e9dicaments, et recommandent de ne pas utiliser les produits \u00e0 base de CBD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les adultes en bonne sant\u00e9, il est conseill\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9passer 70 mg par jour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9TATS-UNIS - FDA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La FDA n'a approuv\u00e9 qu'un seul produit m\u00e9dical \u00e0 base de CBD, l'Epidiolex, un m\u00e9dicament d\u00e9livr\u00e9 sur ordonnance, pour traiter certaines formes d'\u00e9pilepsie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ce qui concerne le CBD utilis\u00e9 dans les produits alimentaires, la FDA d\u00e9clare qu'il est ill\u00e9gal de commercialiser le CBD en l'ajoutant \u00e0 un produit alimentaire ou en l'\u00e9tiquetant comme un compl\u00e9ment alimentaire, ce qui s'applique \u00e9galement aux aliments pour animaux de compagnie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La FDA exprime ses pr\u00e9occupations concernant les produits \u00e0 base de cannabis en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour les enfants, les femmes enceintes et celles qui allaitent.
