El gobierno griego aprob\u00f3 un decreto ministerial que legaliza la importaci\u00f3n y el comercio de productos farmac\u00e9uticos a base de cannabis con el asesoramiento del Ministerio de Sanidad griego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cannabis pasar\u00eda de ser una sustancia de la Tabla A a una de la Tabla B (el equivalente de un cambio de la Clase A a la Clase B en el Reino Unido) seg\u00fan la estructura reguladora de Grecia. En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto significa que el cannabis ser\u00e1 reconocido como una droga con un uso m\u00e9dico aceptado para el tratamiento de determinadas afecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En marzo de 2018, el Parlamento griego aprob\u00f3 una ley que autoriza el cultivo y la producci\u00f3n de cannabis medicinal en Grecia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Normativa sobre el c\u00e1\u00f1amo en Grecia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial estaba prohibido en Grecia desde 1957. 60 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, tras los cambios en la pol\u00edtica relativa al cannabis medicinal, los productores griegos son ahora libres de plantar variedades de cannabis incluidas en una lista considerada legal por la Uni\u00f3n Europea que tengan un contenido de THC inferior al 0,2 por ciento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs legal el aceite de CBD en Grecia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El aceite de CBD es legal en Grecia si contiene menos de 0,2% de THC. Desde los cambios en la regulaci\u00f3n es completamente legal cultivar c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial (Cannabis Sativa L o c\u00e1\u00f1amo) y sus productos derivados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el c\u00f3digo de estupefacientes y la ley de estupefacientes, el c\u00e1\u00f1amo est\u00e1 excluido de la lista de drogas controladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.opengov.gr\/ministryofjustice\/?p=1332\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">http:\/\/www.opengov.gr\/ministryofjustice\/?p=1332<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo pueden quedar exentos de las disposiciones de esta Ley<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) las variedades de cannabis industrial enumeradas en el anexo II del Reglamento (UE) n\u00ba 796\/2004 y en el actual Reglamento de la UE, as\u00ed como las variedades de cannabis industrial que cumplan los criterios del art\u00edculo 39 del Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 73\/2009 y del entonces vigente Reglamento de la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las condiciones de cultivo, recolecci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de las variedades legales de c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial sujetas a un dispositivo de gesti\u00f3n reglamentario As control y ministerios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) productos de variedades de cannabis con bajo contenido de tetrahidrocannabinol (THC). En particular, en el caso de los alimentos y las bebidas, adem\u00e1s de las licencias y certificados legales (cuando sean necesarios), se requiere un informe de ensayo para cuantificar el contenido de tetrahidrocannabinol (THC) en el producto.
