Tras la <\/span>Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europeas sobre el asunto Kanavape<\/span><\/a> en noviembre de 2020, que estableci\u00f3 que el CBD, extra\u00eddo de toda la planta de c\u00e1\u00f1amo (incluidas las hojas y las flores), no debe clasificarse como medicamento, la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de C\u00e1\u00f1amo Industrial (EIHA) tuvo a bien solicitar a la DG Grow que actualizara en consecuencia la base de datos de ingredientes cosm\u00e9ticos (CosIng).<\/span><\/p>\n
