CBD-Sicherheitshinweise Januar 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Angesichts des wachsenden Interesses an Konsumg\u00fctern, die aus Cannabis und seinen Bestandteilen, einschlie\u00dflich Cannabidiol (CBD), gewonnen werden, haben sowohl die FDA (Food and Drug Administration, USA) als auch die FSA (The Food Standards Agency, Gro\u00dfbritannien) Anfang der 2020er Jahre Sicherheitshinweise und Warnungen bez\u00fcglich der Einnahme und des Verkaufs von CBD-Produkten ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

UK - FSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die FSA hat ihre erste Stellungnahme zum CBD-Fieber ver\u00f6ffentlicht und auch eine Warnung an die Hersteller in der Branche verschickt, in der sie sie auffordert, bis zum 31. M\u00e4rz g\u00fcltige Zulassungen f\u00fcr neuartige Lebensmittel vorzulegen. USA - FDA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die FDA hat nur ein medizinisches CBD-Produkt zugelassen, Epidiolex, ein verschreibungspflichtiges Medikament, das zur Behandlung bestimmter Formen von Epilepsie eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was die Verwendung von CBD in Lebensmitteln anbelangt, so erkl\u00e4rt die FDA, dass es illegal ist, CBD zu vermarkten, indem man es einem Lebensmittel hinzuf\u00fcgt oder als Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel kennzeichnet; dies gilt auch f\u00fcr Tierfutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die FDA \u00e4u\u00dfert Bedenken \u00fcber Cannabisprodukte im Allgemeinen f\u00fcr Kinder, schwangere und stillende Frauen. Sie hat zwar Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr, dass Eltern versuchen, eine Behandlung f\u00fcr ihre Kinder zu finden, betont aber, dass die Verwendung von ungepr\u00fcften Medikamenten unvorhersehbare Folgen haben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
