Cannabis ist in Ungarn illegal. Das ungarische Recht unterscheidet nicht zwischen illegalen Drogen und deren Gef\u00e4hrlichkeit. Der Konsum von Heroin hat die gleichen rechtlichen Folgen wie der von Cannabis. Medizinisches Cannabis in Ungarn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das ungarische Recht sieht kein medizinisches Cannabis vor, und es gibt kaum Anzeichen daf\u00fcr, dass sich dies in naher Zukunft \u00e4ndern wird. Es scheint jedoch, dass Sativex von GW Pharmaceuticals f\u00fcr die Verwendung bei Schmerzen im Zusammenhang mit Multipler Sklerose zugelassen werden k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der medizinische Ausschuss des Ungarischen Nationalen Instituts f\u00fcr Pharmazie und Ern\u00e4hrung (OGY\u00c9I) erlaubt die Verwendung nur bei Sklerose-Multiplex-Erkrankungen, die das zentrale Nervensystem betreffen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Industriehanf in Ungarn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hanf ist seit langem ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der ungarischen Geschichte, und trotz schwerer R\u00fcckschl\u00e4ge im 20. In den 1960er Jahren setzten die sowjetischen Kollektivierungsprogramme dem traditionellen b\u00e4uerlichen Hanfanbau ein Ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ungarn hat zahlreiche hochwertige Fasersorten in die Liste der kommerziell erh\u00e4ltlichen Hanfsorten aufgenommen, von denen viele von Dr. Ivan B\u00fbcsa, einem renommierten Hanfz\u00fcchter am GATE Agricultural Research Institute Kompolt, entwickelt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ungarn exportiert heute in gro\u00dfem Umfang Hanfprodukte, darunter Papier, Textilien, \u00d6l und Kunststoffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) \"niedriger THC-Gehalt\": eine Faser- und Saatgutsorte der Art Cannabis sativa L., deren Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)-Gehalt tats\u00e4chlich entweder auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse der im Rahmen des Verfahrens zur staatlichen Anerkennung der Hanfsorte oder des Verfahrens zur Aufnahme in die Gemeinschaftsliste durchgef\u00fchrten Tests, in trockenem Zustand, bewurzelt und frei von St\u00e4ngeln, weniger als 0,2% homogenisiert betr\u00e4gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(j) * Hanf mit hohem THC-Gehalt: eine Hanfsorte, die nicht als niedrig THC-haltig eingestuft ist;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laut mehreren ungarischen Websites ist CBD von den ungarischen Beh\u00f6rden nicht zugelassen, obwohl es nicht als Droge gilt. Die Tatsache, dass es etwas THC enth\u00e4lt, bedeutet, dass es in die Kategorie von Marihuana f\u00e4llt. Wir vermuten, dass sich CBD in Ungarn in einer Grauzone befindet. Unsere Nachforschungen haben ergeben, dass es einige Websites gibt, die es verkaufen und behaupten, es sei legal, sowie andere EU-Sites, die behaupten, CBD sei in Ungarn legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die ungarischen Beh\u00f6rden lassen die Produkte der ungarischen Unternehmer, die CBD-\u00d6l herstellen und vertreiben, nicht zu. Es mag zwar legal sein, in Ungarn Hanf anzubauen, aber nicht, ihn zu CBD-\u00d6l zu verarbeiten und zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
