Drogengesetze in Griechenland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cannabis ist in Griechenland f\u00fcr Freizeitzwecke illegal, aber wenn der Besitz einer kleinen Menge f\u00fcr den pers\u00f6nlichen Gebrauch festgestellt wird, wird er vor Gericht entkriminalisiert. Medizinisches Cannabis in Griechenland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Im Juni 2017 wurde Griechenland in die Liste der L\u00e4nder aufgenommen, in denen Cannabis zur therapeutischen Verwendung legal ist. Die griechische Regierung verabschiedete einen Ministerialerlass, der die Einfuhr und den Handel mit pharmazeutischen Produkten auf Cannabisbasis auf Anraten des griechischen Gesundheitsministeriums legalisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cannabis w\u00fcrde im Rahmen der griechischen Regulierungsstruktur von einer Substanz der Tabelle A zu einer Substanz der Tabelle B herabgestuft werden (dies entspricht einer Verschiebung von Klasse A zu Klasse B im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich). Dies bedeutet, dass Cannabis als eine Droge anerkannt wird, die f\u00fcr die Behandlung bestimmter Erkrankungen medizinisch verwendet werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im M\u00e4rz 2018 verabschiedete das griechische Parlament ein Gesetz, das den Anbau und die Herstellung von medizinischem Cannabis in Griechenland erlaubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanfverordnungen in Griechenland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Industriehanf war in Griechenland seit 1957 verboten. 60 Jahre sp\u00e4ter, nach der \u00c4nderung der Politik in Bezug auf medizinisches Cannabis, steht es den griechischen Erzeugern nun frei, Cannabissorten anzubauen, die auf einer von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union als legal eingestuften Liste stehen und einen THC-Gehalt von weniger als 0,2 Prozent aufweisen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ist CBD-\u00d6l in Griechenland legal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CBD-\u00d6l ist in Griechenland legal, wenn es weniger als 0,2% THC enth\u00e4lt. Seit den \u00c4nderungen der Verordnung ist es v\u00f6llig legal, Industriehanf (Cannabis Sativa L oder Hanf) und seine Nebenprodukte anzubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach dem Drogengesetz und dem Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetz ist Hanf von der Liste der kontrollierten Drogen ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von den Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes k\u00f6nnen nur die folgenden Personen befreit werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(a) die in Anhang II der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 796\/2004 und der geltenden EU-Verordnung aufgef\u00fchrten Sorten von Industriecannabis sowie Sorten von Industriecannabis, die die Kriterien von Artikel 39 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 73\/2009 und der damals geltenden EU-Verordnung erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Bedingungen f\u00fcr den Anbau, die Ernte, die Verarbeitung und die Entsorgung von legalen Nutzhanfsorten unterliegen der Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rde As control und den Ministerien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(b) Produkte aus Cannabissorten mit einem niedrigen Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)-Gehalt. Insbesondere f\u00fcr Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke ist zus\u00e4tzlich zu den gesetzlichen Lizenzen und Bescheinigungen (sofern erforderlich) ein Pr\u00fcfbericht erforderlich, um den Gehalt an Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) im Produkt zu quantifizieren. Der Pr\u00fcfbericht wird entweder von einem zugelassenen Labor im Ursprungsland des Produkts ausgestellt, wenn es aus einem EU-Mitgliedstaat eingef\u00fchrt wird, oder von einem griechischen zugelassenen Labor, wenn es aus einheimischen Kulturen stammt oder aus einem Nicht-EU-Land eingef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Handelsnamen dieser Produkte (m\u00f6glicherweise in Verbindung mit dem Wort 'Hanf') und\/oder die Darstellung eines Teils oder der gesamten Cannabispflanze auf ihrer Verpackung und ihre Werbung tragen nicht zur Verbreitung des Drogenkonsums bei\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
