Vielmehr wird das Cannabinoid fortan als Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel betrachtet. Durch diese Einstufung kann CBD-\u00d6l legal erworben werden. Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr CBD, das als Kosmetik verkauft wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Einstufungen m\u00fcssen beim Kauf von CBD beachtet werden. Januar 2017 hat der Deutsche Bundestag einstimmig daf\u00fcr gestimmt, dass \u00c4rzte Cannabis-basierte Behandlungen f\u00fcr \"schwerkranke\" Patienten verschreiben d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legales Cannabis in Deutschland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insgesamt stehen nur 10 Lizenzen zur Verf\u00fcgung, von denen jede eine Mindestmenge von 200 Kilogramm pro Jahr produzieren muss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jedes in Frage kommende Unternehmen muss nachweisen k\u00f6nnen, dass es in der Lage ist, eine solche Zahl zu erreichen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Unternehmen m\u00fcssen au\u00dferdem nachweisen, dass sie in den letzten drei Jahren legal mindestens 50 kg des Produkts pro Jahr herstellen konnten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis zu der j\u00fcngsten Entscheidung, medizinisches Cannabis zu legalisieren, war der Anbau illegal - daher w\u00fcrden alle einheimischen Anbauer mit der erforderlichen Erfahrung bereits gegen die Legalit\u00e4tsklausel versto\u00dfen. Unternehmen, die erst nach der Verabschiedung des Gesetzes mit dem Anbau von Cannabis begonnen haben, k\u00f6nnen dagegen nicht den in der Ausschreibung geforderten Nachweis der Produktivit\u00e4t erbringen.
