aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1151\"><p>Die Leitlinien f\u00fcr neuartige Lebensmittel sind eine Reihe von Leitlinien dar\u00fcber, welche Arten von Produkten sicher als Lebensmittel verkauft werden k\u00f6nnen. In Europa gilt ein Lebensmittel als neuartig, wenn es vor dem 15. Mai 1997 in der EU nicht in nennenswertem Umfang regelm\u00e4\u00dfig f\u00fcr den menschlichen Verzehr verwendet wurde.<\/p><p>Wird ein neues Produkt entdeckt oder aus anderen Teilen der Welt eingef\u00fchrt, muss das Unternehmen, das es verkauft, nachweisen, dass das Produkt f\u00fcr den menschlichen Verzehr sicher ist.<\/p><p>Die Einstufung von CBD im Rahmen der Leitlinien f\u00fcr neuartige Lebensmittel hat sich im letzten Jahr mehrmals ge\u00e4ndert. Derzeit gelten alle Lebensmittel, die erhebliche Mengen an Cannabinoiden enthalten, als neuartige Lebensmittel.<\/p><p>Sobald nachgewiesen ist, dass ein Lebensmittel f\u00fcr den menschlichen Verzehr sicher ist, erteilt die EFSA die Marktzulassung. Dies ist das Ziel des Konsortiums der EIHA projects GmbH.
