Nach der <\/span>Urteil des Europ\u00e4ischen Gerichtshofs in der Rechtssache Kanavape<\/span><\/a> im November 2020, in der festgelegt wurde, dass CBD, das aus der gesamten Hanfpflanze (einschlie\u00dflich Bl\u00e4ttern und Bl\u00fcten) gewonnen wird, nicht als Arzneimittel eingestuft werden sollte, hat die European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) die GD Grow gebeten, die Datenbank f\u00fcr kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe (CosIng) entsprechend zu aktualisieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konkret beantragte die EIHA die Aufhebung aller Verbote f\u00fcr Cannabis Sativa L. (eingeschr\u00e4nkt unter Ref. II\/306: Bet\u00e4ubungsmittel) und die Aufnahme neuer INCI-Eintr\u00e4ge.
